i have been in professional practice since 2004.  i received a clinical massage a.a.s. and medical

aesthetics a.a.s. from saint paul college.  i received my yoga instructor certification in 2008 from corepower yoga.

i started studying thai yoga bodywork in june of 2007 at tmc in chiang mai, thailand.  i studied at watpo thai

traditional medical school in august of 2010. 

i have extensive training in many forms of the healing arts.  i am getting my master's

in oriental medicines at pacific college of oriental medicines in nyc.

i have experience working with hospitals, professional sports teams,
rehabilitation centers, and spas. i’m a nationally certified massage
therapist, a cidesco certified aesthetician, and a member of abmp and
the yoga alliance.
